In this post I'm going to be going over the absolute best cell phone plans in 2016 on all of the 4 Major Networks, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile for the three main types of users the light user, the normal user and the heavy user.

  • Light user plans will include a minimal amount of talk text and data.
  • Normal user plans will include unlimited talk and text with at least 1 GB of LTE data.
  • Heavy user plans will include unlimited talk and text with at least 5GB of LTE data.

Page Plus Cellular Plan

In the Verizon network the best plan is going to be from Page Plus for $12 a month you get 250 minutes 250 texts and 10 MB of 2G data.



AT&T Plan

In the AT&T network the best plan is going to be AT&T $0.25 per minute plan compared with an optional texting package for this plan you get to add a balance to your account say $100 and then you'll be deducted $0.25 per minute of talk time and $0.20 per text, if you're a frequent Texter then you can edit optional texting package to your plan.
  • $5 a month getting 200 texts
  • $10 a month get to a 1000 texts
  • $20 month gets you unlimited text 

Ring Plus Plan

There are a few catches that there is an initial $25 top of the overcharges and you will hear advertisements whenever you call someone.

In the T-Mobile network the best plan is going to be from a carrier called US mobile which let you completely customize your cell phone plan to figure needs with the cheapest option coming in at $9 a month with 100 minutes, 100 texts and 100 MB of LTE data.

In the Sprint network the Ring Plus takes the cake again but this time offering unlimited talking text with 2GB of LTE data for just $20 a month, with this plan is a $15 auto top of charge and again there will be ads when you call someone.

TPO Mobile and T-Mobile Plan

T-Mobile network has two great options for normal users from TPO Mobile , you can get a plan for $25 a month with unlimited talk and text with 2.5GB of LTE data or you could consider T-Mobile phone $30 month prepaid plan offering 100 minutes, unlimited texts and 5GB of LTE data before unlimited 2G data. T-Mobile plan is only available from Walmart or when you activate your device online. The TPO plan is more easily available.

AT&T side of things it is a similar story for $55 a month you get unlimited talk and text with 10GB of LTE data before unlimited 2G data from cricket wireless, as I said before cricket wireless includes all taxes and fees and the price hotspot feature is an additional $10 a month, Cricket Wireless also has an unlimited data plan available for $65 a month.

Boost Mobile Plan

In the Sprint network, the best plan is for boost mobile, for $55 a month gets you unlimited everything but you can't bring your own device you have to purchase the device directly from Boost Mobile, if you would like the option to bring your own device than Sprint has unlimited everything for $75 a month and TPO wireless which uses both the Sprint and T-Mobile networks to provide coverage has unlimited talk and text with 7GB of LTE data for $60 a month.

MetroPCS and Simple Mobile Plan

In the T-Mobile network it's a tie between MetroPCS and Simple mobile, both offering unlimited everything for just $60 a month.
